Charter ops

Charter Operations Platform

Request to invoice on one live mission record — quote, crew, release and billing that never disagree about the same trip.

What it does

  • Part 135
  • Part 91
  • 3–30 aircraft

A charter trip is one object that six people touch. In most operations it is six objects that nobody reconciles: a quote in one tool, a schedule entry in another, a crew assignment on a whiteboard, an invoice typed from memory.

This platform makes it one live record. A request arrives by email or through a marketplace, becomes a priced and feasible quote, gains a signature, gains crew and a release, gets flown, and gets billed — without anyone re-entering a tail number.

  • Inbound email and marketplace RFQs parsed into structured requests
  • Pricing from the aircraft's own configuration, not a generic table
  • Crew assigned to legs, so recency counts only what was actually flown
  • Release gated on the things that must be true, signed by a person
  • Part 5 SMS, hazard reporting and a document vault on the same record
  • Invoicing and payments that inherit the trip's own numbers

Part 135

Charter & fractional operators

Quoting, crewing, release and billing live in four tools that have never met. Coordination is the real cost at 3–30 aircraft, and the 2027 SMS deadline is arriving on top of it.

How we build AI

The software prepares. A person approves.

Where this platform drafts something — a quote, a forecast, a triage — a named person with the authority to sign still decides. That is deliberate.

Step 1

It reads what came in

An email, an RFQ, a squawk, a hazard report, a maintenance note. The system extracts the facts and shows you which line each one came from.

Step 2

It prepares the work

A priced quote, a crew swap that fits the rest rules, a triage severity with a corrective action attached — ready in front of the named person who owns that call.

Step 3

A named person approves

Nothing reaches the record until someone with the authority to sign says so. No silent write-back, and every answer carries the evidence behind it.

The line we don’t cross

Our software never turns a compliance document green, never closes a hazard report and never releases an aircraft. Those are signatures, and signatures belong to people.

Other products

The rest of the platform.

Maintenance

Predictive Maintenance for Fleets

Component removal forecasting from your own history, not a manufacturer's average. Plans the shop visit around the schedule.

Decision support

Flight Ops Decision Support

What is out of position, what is at risk, what it costs to fix — on one board a duty manager can actually work from.

Ground

Ground Fleet & GSE Management

Electric and conventional ground support equipment on one platform: charging scheduled against the turn plan, utilisation, and predictive maintenance.

Demo

See it running on your data.

A demo on sample data tells you very little. We would rather load a slice of yours and show you the same screen with your tails in it.
