The short version
We hold what you send us through the contact form, and the ordinary server logs any website produces. There are no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers on this site. We don’t sell information, and we don’t use it to train AI models. Email hello@sg5.ai to see what we have about you, or to have it deleted.
What this site collects
The contact form. Your name, organisation, email address, the type of operation you run, a rough fleet or site size, and whatever you write in the message. Submitting the form sends that to our inbox as an email. It is not stored in a database on this site.
Server logs. Like every website, ours produces request logs: the address your connection comes from, the browser you use, the pages you asked for and when. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps these for a short period to run the service and defend it against abuse, under its own retention policy. We look at them only when something breaks.
Email. If you write to us, or reply to us, that correspondence sits in our mailbox the way any business email does.
What this site does not collect
- No cookies are set by this site. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no banner.
- No analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no third-party scripts of any kind.
- Fonts are served from our own domain, so opening a page sends no request to a font provider.
- No accounts, no logins, no passwords.
How we use it
To reply to you, to scope an engagement if you ask for one, and for the ordinary running of the business — invoicing, records, the usual. That is the full list.
- We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
- We do not use it to train AI models — ours or anyone else’s.
- We do not combine it with data bought from elsewhere.
Who handles it on our behalf
Two providers touch what you send through this site, each only to provide its service:
- Vercel hosts the site and produces the server logs described above. United States.
- Resend carries the contact form to our inbox as an email. United States.
Our email itself runs on an ordinary business email provider. None of these providers may use your information for their own purposes.
Data you share during an engagement
If you work with us, you will share operational data: trip requests, crew records, maintenance history, the contents of a system we are integrating. That is governed by a written agreement, not by this page, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement before anything operational is sent. Two things hold regardless: it stays yours, and it is never used to train models. How we protect it is on the Security page.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence: for as long as we are dealing with them, and afterwards as part of ordinary business records. Ask and we will delete them. Server logs: for the period our hosting provider retains them, which is short and not under our control.
Your choices
Email hello@sg5.ai and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are somewhere that gives you specific rights over your data — the EU, the UK, California — you exercise them the same way, and we will honour them. We are a small company; a person reads these requests and answers them.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change matters — something new collected, or a new provider — we will say so here rather than bury it.
