AI & agents
AI and agentic workflows
AI agents read the request, work the steps across your systems and prepare the answer. A named person approves it.
Aviation software · Dallas, Texas
SG5 Intelligent Solutions is an engineering firm for aviation. We build flight operations, maintenance, crew and commercial systems for operators, MROs, handlers and airports — and we connect them to the systems you already fly with.
Part 135 · Part 121 · Part 145 · FBO, ground & airports
Dispatch, trip records, release and duty tracking. Screens that open with the decision that needs making rather than a row of tabs to go hunting through.
What you get
AI & agents
AI agents read the request, work the steps across your systems and prepare the answer. A named person approves it.
Time
Each fact is entered once instead of re-keyed between four systems, so a quote leaves the inbox in minutes.
Compliance
Every change carries a person and a timestamp, and every answer carries the evidence behind it.
Integration
Your tracker, scheduler and accounting stay where they are. We connect them rather than replace them.
Ownership
In your repository and your cloud account, and never used to train AI models.
Pace
Fixed scope on your own data, a written answer at each stage, and you can stop after any of them.
Services
We are not a general software shop that happened to take an aviation project. Every engagement lands in a regulated operation, so we work the way that operation has to work: evidence with every answer, and a person on the hook for every decision the software prepares.
AI & agents
AI agents that read requests, squawks and reports, work the steps across your systems and prepare the answer for a person to approve — measured against your own traffic before anyone writes production code.
Data
Flight data, maintenance history, crew records and commercial performance in one warehouse you can query, instead of four exports that disagree.
Build
The operational screen nobody sells you, built to live beside the certified systems you already run rather than trying to replace them.
Integrate
Trackers, schedulers, marketplaces, fuel vendors and accounting wired together so a tail number is entered once and means the same thing everywhere.
Advise
Build-versus-buy, vendor selection, data architecture and the roadmap that survives an audit. Short engagements, written conclusions.
Run
Migrations, on-call and the unglamorous reliability work that keeps a dispatch desk running at 05:00 on a Sunday.
How we build AI agents
Aviation already knows how to handle a recommendation from a system: somebody qualified signs for it. We build to that model on purpose, and it is the reason our work passes an audit instead of becoming one.
Step 1
An email, an RFQ, a squawk, a hazard report, a maintenance note. The agent extracts the facts and shows you which line each one came from.
Step 2
Like a person would, across the systems you already run: availability, crew rules, tracker status, pricing. It prepares a priced quote, a crew swap that fits the rest rules, a triage severity with a corrective action attached — ready in front of the named person who owns that call.
Step 3
Nothing reaches the record until someone with the authority to sign says so. No silent write-back, and every answer carries the evidence behind it.
The line we don’t cross
Our AI agents never turn a compliance document green, never close a hazard report and never release an aircraft. Those are signatures, and signatures belong to people.
Products
Each one started as a client problem we couldn’t solve with something off the shelf. Available on their own, or as the base for your build.
Charter ops
Request to invoice on one live mission record — quote, crew, release and billing that never disagree about the same trip.
Maintenance
Component removal forecasting from your own history, not a manufacturer's average. Plans the shop visit around the schedule.
Decision support
What is out of position, what is at risk, what it costs to fix — on one board a duty manager can actually work from.

Safety · Part 5
Every Part 135 certificate holder needs a working SMS and a declaration of compliance by May 28, 2027. What 14 CFR Part 5 actually requires, section by section.
Safety · Checklist
A section-by-section checklist against 14 CFR Part 5, for Part 135 operators preparing to declare compliance by May 28, 2027. Free to print and use.
Charter operations
A charter quote is slow because the facts it needs live in four systems. Where the time goes between RFQ and quote, and what actually shortens it.
Get started
Not a requirements document — one thing that costs you money every week. A month of quote requests, a year of unscheduled removals, the spreadsheet three people maintain by hand.
